Application Engineers respond to all engineered-to-order requests with same day/next day conceptual designs and preliminary costs. The focus is on developing well-designed, easy to manufacture, cost effective solutions that meet unique customer needs for our rollout bleacher product. You will develop detailed design and parts packages for use by manufacturing; provide technical oversight to drafters assigned to your projects; resolve all technical issues that occur during design, manufacture, field installation, and start up; and play a leadership role in the development and maintenance of quality and process improvements.
