MeSPE Bylaws & Operating Procedures The MeSPE Board has been considering a major revision to the existing Constitution and Bylaws. A document has been prepared utilizing the NSPE Model Bylaws and Operating Procedures; which mirrors the NSPE document. Current thinking is to replace the Constitution with Bylaws and the Bylaws with Operating Procedures as NSPE has done. The Model document has been modified to accommodate specific MeSPE requirements. A formal vote of the membership will be held in April 2012; please review the existing and proposed documents and forward any comments to the Secretary at rgmpe@phspllc.com. Click
